Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Rawalpindi and Islamabad only, with free home delivery on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer a 7-day exchange policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags. Contact us via WhatsApp to start an exchange.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it from your account dashboard or we will update you via WhatsApp.
